Biography:
Jonathan Plowe is a managing director in the Cross Asset Solutions & Strategies Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for coordinating across the bank’s Global Banking & Markets platform to develop, originate and distribute funding and investment structures for all client segments, with emphasis on new business initiatives, corporate strategies, and new energy & infrastructure solutions. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, Plowe was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, focusing on corporate taxation, structured finance, mergers & acquisitions, and financial products. Plowe holds a J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
