On January 3, The US Treasury Department announced final rules for the section 45V Clean Hydrogen Production Tax Credit established by the Inflation Reduction Act providing clarity, investment certainty, and flexibility, including for participants in projects planned as part of the Department of Energy’s Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs program.
